FINANCIAL POLICY
In order to keep our costs and fees down, payment is requested at the time of service.  On occasion, for extensive treatment, payment arrangements can be set up within our office. Please consult with our financial coordinator.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.

DENTAL INSURANCE
Dental insurance is a contract between an employer and an insurance company.  Our treatment recommendations are based on the particular needs of each patient regardless of their insurance coverage.  As a courtesy, we will either file your insurance or assist you with your forms.  Please bring current dental insurance information with you. Although we are not on any insurance "lists", we work with insurance companies on a daily basis. Please ask our staff how your insurance plan will work in our office.

FEES
We discuss our fees prior to the start of any treatment. Fees are set by the actual cost of doing business in this office.  They are influenced by quality of service, materials used, lab costs and many other factors.

APPOINTMENTS
Time is reserved on our schedule exclusively for each patient.  A charge will be made for appointments that are missed or cancelled without 24 hours advanced notice.
